You understand and agree that:

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical care

• We are not liable for any health-related decisions based on App usage

4. User Responsibilities

Premium Subscription

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are charged through your app store account (Apple App Store)
• Payment will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. Key points:

• Audio recordings are processed for analysis only
• We do not store audio recordings permanently
• Your data is encrypted and secure
• You control your data and can request deletion

7. Intellectual Property

Cry Buddy and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• The App, including its AI algorithms, is our proprietary technology
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

14. App Store Terms

Additional terms may apply based on where you download the App:

• Apple App Store: Subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines
• App store terms take precedence over conflicting provisions in these Terms
• Refunds and billing are handled by the respective app store

Effective Date: These Terms become effective when you first use the App and remain in effect until terminated.
